Well, that was a surprise!

A fantastic spot for a family getaway! The room had super cold AC that ran all night, and the staff was friendly. Plus, with a clean environment and competitive snack prices, it's definitely a win. It felt comforting to hibernate there after a long day of travel.

Everything was perfect here - helpful staff and updated rooms. The room we had included a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and a coffeemaker. The location was marvellous and incredibly comfortable - close to restaurants and shopping. Btw, we relaxed by the lake, it was 20 mins walk from the hotel.

Clean sheets ensured a pleasant sleeping environment.

I waited 15 minutes at check-in with no assistance. When I finally got my key card, it failed to work multiple times. I wasn't able to sleep well as I broke out in a rash from the sheets, which seemed inadequately rinsed after laundering.

I loved staying in this fine place. The room was attractive and comfy, had central heating, a microwave oven and a fridge. The bed was comfortable; and there was a bath.

Despite some bumps, the location made exploration easy. The AC was a hero, keeping the room chilly all night while the cute staff always had a smile.

The room was spacious enough for our large breed dog, and we loved the super cold air conditioning.

My wife says that the bathroom could use better lighting for grooming.

One hiccup was the rude service when my daughter and her friend checked in. The staff didn't seem to clarify the age requirements for check-in, a bit frustrating.
